Note that these difficulties primarily assume that you're utilizing Ground Types, as you really should be.
Thunderbolt and Thunder can be threatening, but not really if you're packing Ground Type counters.
Volt Switch would normally be a HUGE threat, but Ground Types... it's still decently powerful, though. Quick Attack is a bit stronger, though. Meanwhile, Brave Bird doesn't come out very frequently, but it's going to hurt if it lands.
Dazzling Gleam is actually fairly threatening. It's got good neutral coverage and high power post-STAB.
Overview
Tapu Koko is a bit of a tricky Pokemon. If you fight one that's packing its Electric Type moves, then it's not going to be super hard to tackle with your best Ground Types. However, some of its moves are pretty threatening, as outlined above. That said, Tapu Koko has limited utility, so it's probably not worth grinding for it too much.
Team Building Approach
Tapu Koko is weak to Ground and Poison.
- Ground is the way to go, hands down. Even in Cloudy weather, decent Ground Types will out-pace even the top Poison Types most of the time.
- Poison exists!

Supreme Counters

When it comes right down to it, Tapu Koko is hard-countered by the majority of these Pokemon... though some of them do have to fear Dazzling Gleam, in particular. Regardless, just about anything here should be more than capable of crushing this Alolan legend with minimal issues.
