Primal Groudon

Primal Groudon is one of the true monarchs of Pokemon Go, absolutely towering over the competition with its absolute mastery over Ground Type damage output thanks to its phenomenal moveset and amazing base stats. This is also a monster with a unique effect; while normal Mega Evolutions only provide Mega Boosts for their types, Primal Groudon hits the field and boosts Ground, Fire, and Grass Type moves while active, giving it even more utility than most. And while most Pokemon who naturally supersede the 4,000 CP mark suffer a 9% nerf to their stats, Primal Groudon was given a far lower punishment, allowing it to tower over the meta as one of the strongest things that we will likely ever see. 

The cost to unlock this beast may be high, but the rewards are fantastic!

Best PvE Offensive Moveset

• Mud Shot and Precipice Blades* is virtually the ultimate Ground Type moveset.
• Fire Punch* or Solar Beam can be useful if you want to utilize Primal Groudon for Fire or Grass damage respectively, especially since its Primal Boost extends to both of these types as well, though it's a little sub-par on these fronts due to lacking Fast Moves that match them.
• Dragon Tail and Fire Blast are best to just ignore, while Earthquake is okay but way behind Precipice Blades.
