Dynamax Charizard

With Gigantamax Charizard being released, Dynamax Charizard sadly loses out on in terms of Fire-type damage output, though it still remains a fairly strong option for those who cannot get the GMax. It still has a few advantages over its GMax form, such as being able to use Max Airstream and Max Wyrmwind to become a more flexible option, though it also has the large drawback of being unable to use a 0.5 second Fast Move outside of Max Wyrmwind.

Best Dynamax Movesets

• Fire Spin for Max Flare, Air Slash or Wing Attack for Max Airstream, or Dragon Breath for Max Wyrmwind. Charged Moves don't matter too much, as the entire goal here is to throw out Max Moves.
• On defense, stick with Dragon Breath for its ability to get to Max Moves faster.

In PvP, Dynamax Pokemon are identical to their basic versions, except they can't use Return.
