Note that the CP values below are for Kyurem as that's the encounter after defeating White Kyurem.

Move Difficulty

Steel Wing has a fair bit of power, but its coverage isn't particularly relevant, while Dragon Breath can cover Dragon counters, but even with the Super Effective and STAB bonuses it's not any more threatening than Steel Wing. Focus Blast is also fairly easy to deal with. Yes, it covers Steel Types, but it's also easy to dodge and deals neutral damage to all relevant Steel Types save Mega Lucario

Ice Fang packs the highest raw power of Kyurem White's Fast Moves, especially post-STAB. In conjunction with that, just about all of White Kyurem's Charged Moves fall into Intermediate, as they all have pros and cons. This is partly because Blizzard, Dragon Pulse, and Ancient Power are fairly similar in terms of relevant coverage. They vary in terms of their general performance, but they all tend to sit around each other.

Overview

While Black Kyurem is primarily a dragon slayer, White Kyurem is the frigid king of ice.... which is a bit ironic considering it's merged with a titanic Fire dragon. Regardless, White Kyurem is definitely a monster, and optimal counters can be pretty important.

Team Building Approach

• White Kyurem is weak to Dragon, Fairy, Fighting, Rock and Steel.
• Dragon is the type that generally hits the hardest, primarily due to the existence of Mega Rayquaza, but Ice Fang makes them a bit risky.
• Steel is the main type that competes with Dragon in terms of DPS, but it also has the advantage of resisting most of what White Kyurem has to throw at them.
• Fighting has some strong options, with Mega Lucario in particular ruling this raid... though that's partly due to its Steel typing as well.
• Rock mainly has Shadow Ramparados.
• Fairy exists, and some Fairy Types have solid TDO, but that's about it.

Best Raid Counters

Supreme Counters

The Supreme counters for this raid can very comfortably duo White Kyurem. If you're going that route, then it's best to run higher TDO options. If you're in a larger group, then go pure DPS for better rewards.

As expected, the top options for this raid are the top Dragon, Fighting, and Steel Types. It's A BIT of a toss-up here, though the Steel Types tend to pull ahead for the most part.
