Strategies and Counters for Taking Down Ice Type Team GO Rocket Grunts

This grunt can be dealt with rather quickly, and thus makes for an easy Mysterious Component. Otherwise, there isn't much by way of exciting encounters hiding here.

It's more of  spice pick in PvP, but that's me trying to find something positive to say about this Pokemon. In general, it's not worth the investement.
Supreme Counters
Giratina (Altered Forme)
 Do you enjoy not taking damage? Well do I have something to share with you. Giratina is blessed with Shadow Claw and Shadow Sneak. This moveset basically leaves a grunt stun locked, only getting a single fast move in before Giratina has another Shadow Sneak ready to go!
Dawn Wings Necrozma
 Shadow Claw is one of the best Fast moves in the game, and Dawn Wings makes use of that fact with an excellent Attack stat. Combine those two facts knowing it has Moongeist Beam, a broken move that will one shot almost anything, and you have yourselves a fantastic Pokemon to tear appart this grunt.

 Bite and Brutal Swing is all you need here.
Hydreigon
  Bite and Brutal Swing* is all you need here. The only reason it's below Tyranitar is due to the fact that Brutal Swing* requires an elite TM, otherwise it performs very similar to Tyranitar.
Other Good Counters
In conjunction with the above counters, several other Pokemon do a great job here, including a number of generally great Pokemon in the Master League. Feel free to mix-and-match a bit, as any of these and beyond can do a great job as well!
