Shadow Wobbuffet

Wobbuffet has the third highest HP in the game. That being said, it doesn’t have the other stats to back up the HP pool like Blissey does, but it can still be annoying when defending a gym.

Best PvE Offensive Moveset

• Wobbuffet has one viable moveset, and that is Counter + Mirror Coat.
• Charm pairs well with Mirror Coat against Fighting-types, but otherwise performs worse. 
• Splash should not be considered.

Best PvE Defensive Moveset

Wobbuffet has only one real option, and this is it. Counter is a solid Fast Attack PvP, and helps cover Wobbuffet's weakness to Dark-type Pokemon, while Mirror Coat is NOT arguably, one of the worst charge moves. A horrible 1.1 DPE (Damage Per Energy) with a 55 energy cost leaves a lot to be desired. 

The more recent addition of Charm is an interesting option for Wobbuffet, but overall performs worse than Counter.
