Overview
Shadow Regirock has some utility in PvP, but it's pretty middle-of-the-road for the most part. Honestly, it doesn't offer much value for how much of a pain it is to fight. Did you happen to notice that Defense stat? At 309, this thing is an absolute slog to face, and Purified Gems are going to be VERY important to keep it from becoming a giant wall of sheer granite. Maybe grab one if you really want it or need it for your pvp team, but for the most part it's best to just ignore Shadow Regirock.
