Overview

Azelf is the most useful of the Lake Trio, which really doesn't mean all that much. It's got a respectable Attack stat, but a mediocre movepool. This means that it's okay, but not great.

Azelf has a Defense stat that is outclassed by Pidgeot... While it can put out damage with its fantastic Attack stat, it's facing Dark types who will resist most of its moveset, which aren't great moves to begin with. All in all, this makes Azelf pretty easy to take down.
