December 2024 Community Day Recap

The last community day of 2024 is just around the corner! This event highlights all Pokemon featured in past community days of this year and last year as well! While there were some admittedly not exciting ones, there were some equally exciting ones in the mix as well. Take advantage of some great bonusses or to catch op on past community days you might've missed out on.

December Community Day

Note: These times account for the Pokemon being featured on their respective days with a shiny boost and when Event Bonuses are active. All Pokemon are available both days between 9:00am and 9:00pm without a shiny boost.

Event Features

• PokeStop Showcases.
• Timed Research that rewards a Rainy Lure Module and Unova Stones.
• Special Backgrounds from field research encounters.

Event Bonuses

• Increased Spawns.
• 2x XP for catching Pokemon.
• 1/2 Hatch distance for eggs placed innto incubators during the event.
• 2x Candy for catching Pokemon.
• 2x chance for Candy XL from catching Pokemon.
• Lure modules last for 3 hours.
• Incense will last for 3 hours.
• One additional Special Trade (active from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm local time).
• Trades cost 50% less stardust (active from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm local time).

Note that these Pokemon are featured with a shiny boost between 2:00pm and 5:00pm local time. Featured Pokemon from both Saturday and Sunday are available between 9:00am and 9:00pm local time without any shiny boosts.
