Metang

Fury Cutter is one of the best Fast Attacks in the game thanks to its high energy generation, good damage, and 1-turn duration. Metal Claw is incredibly mediocre, while Zen Headbutt is abysmal.

Psyshock is Metang's only good Charged Attack and serves as its primary weapon most of the time. Return provides burst damage and additional coverage against Dark- and Psychic-type opponents. Gyro Ball is terrible, but it is an alternative STAB option that smacks Steel-, Ice-, and Rock-type Pokemon. Psychic is severely outclassed by Psyshock.
