Charjabug has the advantage of a combo of Volt Switch, a Fast Attack that gives great energy generation, plus two very low-energy cost moves in X-Scissor and Discharge, both of which have fairly high damage-per-energy that's boosted by STAB. This makes Charjabug a spammy little insect that throws out flurries of Charged Moves that are also backed by good Fast Move damage.
