Armarouge

Armarouge is a great Pokemon... in terms of design. It's far too weak to be worth utilizing in Raids.

The future MAY be kind though, as Armarouge has a Fire Type Signature Move in the main series by the name of Armor Cannon, so we'll see what happens!

Best PvE Offensive Moveset

• Incinerate and Flamethrower is the best moveset that Armarouge can muster.
• Psyshock is pretty underwhelming, overall.
• Ember, Heat Wave, and Flame Charge are all not worth considering.

Best PvE Defensive Moveset

• Incinerate is outstanding on defense, making it the best move for Armarouge to utilize once again. 
• Psyshock is 3-bar and off-type from Incinerate, making it the best option for defense.
• Flame Charge is a 3-bar move, but it matches types with Incinerate and is very easy to dodge.
• Flamethrower is only 2-bars, but it is much harder to dodge... though it still leaves Armarouge easy to wall out.
• Ember and Heat Wave are objectively inferior. 

Incinerate is a great move in pvp thanks to its high Power and Energy Generation, making it the ideal choice for Armarouge despite how slow it is. Meanwhile, Psyshock and Flame Charge have relatively low energy cost, making them the best Charged Move options.
