Max Finale

The Darkest Day is coming. Dynamax Power is surging, and some of the strongest Dynamax and Gigantamax Pokemon currently released are running amok. It's time to prepare... Eternatus is coming... to TAKE ALL OF YOUR CANDY!
- There will be no limit on Remote Raids from Saturday, August 23, to Sunday, August 24, 2025.
- Additional Power Spots will be active.
- Power Spots will refresh more frequently.
- Max Particle collection limit will increase.
- 2× Candy for catching Pokémon.
- 2× Candy XL chance from catching Pokémon.
- GO Pass: Max Finale will enhance the power of Crowned Sword Zacian and Crowned Shield Zamazenta, so Trainers can more quickly slash and bash their way through Max Battles and progress even faster through the GO Pass.

While Dynamax Pokemon are the least likely to appear at Power Spots, all of the previously released Dynamax Pokemon will have a chance to appear! For a complete overview of all Dynamax Pokemon released so far, please consult our Dynamax Tier List!
Eternamax Eternatus will take over the majority of Power Spots during Pokémon GO Fest 2025: Max Finale. While Trainers will not be able to catch Eternamax Eternatus after defeating it in Max Battles, they will earn a large amount of Eternatus Candy and Eternatus Candy XL, which can be used to power up the
Eternatus they can catch via GO Pass: Max Finale.
