Seviper

Poison is a weak type, and Seviper is a weak Poison Type. It's outclassed in all that it can do, and has absolutely no place in a PvE team unless you're just starting out and happen to find a strong one. Even then; replace this smiling viper as quickly as you can.

Best PvE Offensive Moveset

• Poison Jab is superior to Iron Tail due to STAB.
• Crunch is the only charge move Seviper has that packs a punch.
• Wrap and Poison Fang are just too weak to rate. 

Best PvE Defensive Moveset

• Iron Tail is better than Poison Jab on defense due to having a higher base power and better coverage.
• Crunch is once again the only charge move that’s worthwhile on Seviper.
• Wrap and Poison Fang are just too weak to rate.

Poison Jab is a good move, sporting above average performance plus STAB. It pairs well with Poison Fang despite its genuinely low power to provide an easily spammed attack. However, Crunch is the objectively stronger move, sporting better power despite lacking STAB and better coverage.
