...or not. Smogon's favorite little soapy specter has lost the features that makes it a threat in the main series, and it's been dropped into the middle of a meta that isn't exactly kind towards it. It's generally better to just keep this little dishwasher safe in your storage.

Best PvE Offensive Moveset

• Thunder Shock and Thunderbolt make for Rotom Wash's only genuinely viable attacking set
• Hydro Pump is an acceptable option if you're against something weak to Electric and Water, but it's less viable regardless
• Astonish is worthless, and Thunder is weaker than Thunderbolt in practice

Best PvE Defensive Moveset

• Astonish beats out Thunder Shock on defense due to its higher base power and great neutral coverage
• Thunderbolt is Rotom Wash's fastest attack
• Thunder and Hydro Pump are slow, but the later is preferred if you insist on using one of them.
