Delcatty

While cats may have nine lives, Delcatty has zero uses, mostly due to a long list of superior choices. Pitiful stats, a lack of any STAB movesets, and a Normal typing that isn't Super Effective against anything results in little reason to pick this feline. 

Best PvE Offensive Moveset

• Feint Attack generally performs best, though it doesn't really synergize with any of Delcatty's charge moves.
• Charm pairs well with Fairy-type charge moves to fulfill a Fairy-type role.
• Zen Headbutt doesn't really mean much for Delcatty. 
• Wild Charge on paper performs the best in a neutral fight, but doesn't synergize with any of Delcatty's fast moves. 
• Play Rough shares the same typing as Charm to let Delcatty act as a Fairy-type attacker. 
• Disarming Voice is an inferior move. 

Best PvE Defensive Moveset

• Charm hits the hardest on defense, and covers against Delcatty's weakness to Fighting-types. 
• Feint Attack and Zen Headbutt are inferior on defense in terms of damage output. 
• Play Rough is harder to dodge than Wild Charge, and also provides more meaningful coverage. 
• Disarming Voice is a 3-bar move, but is very easy to dodge. 

Charm is a powerful option to deal large amounts of damage without worrying about being shielded, but it also offers the worst energy generation in the game. Feint Attack sports the average all-around performance, which lets Delcatty access its charge move sooner. 

Disarming Voice is good charge move option, with a moderate energy cost and Damage per Energy, it demands the least energy among Delcatty's charge moves and can be used more frequently. Wild Charge is a powerful move that offers interesting coverage, and can also catch unsuspecting opponents by surprise. Play Rough is an inferior charge move compared to the previous two.
