Shadow Delibird

The long awaited bird is here,

Bringing its sack of holiday cheer.

Though its implementation was slow,

Why this was, we don't know

At least the bonus stardust is kind.

Best PvE Offensive Moveset

• Present is best used to bribe its targets rather than subdue them.

• Ice Punch is Delibird’s most useful move on offense.  

• Icy Wind is such a large step down in DPS, even Aerial Ace is even better than it.

Best PvE Defensive Moveset

• Present makes no distinction between naughty or nice. Use with caution.

• Ice Punch is slightly better than Aerial Ace, with an earlier damage window and slightly better coverage.

• Icy Wind is once again too slow to rate.

Ice Shard and Quick Attack are legacy moves not available through Elite TMs. Present is a direct downgrade of Lock-On, but still manages to generate energy at 4.0 EPT. 

Icy Wind isn't particularly strong, but benefits from STAB and applies a guaranteed debuff on the opponent, even when shielded. Aerial Ace offers Flying-type coverage, though it's not particularly strong either. Ice Punch costs the least amount of energy, though only by 5, and doesn't really offer anything special.
