What Pokemon would you like to see buffed/nerfed?
No, this isn't one of those "should I power up my 100% IV Mewtwo" questions. Rather, I'm interested in hearing what Pokemon do you think should be buffed/nerfed in the near future. Also, do you think we would ever see changes in these Pokemon? Let me know what you think!

Agee at 100% (I was about to comment the same, lol) there was no reason to nerf Lapras that badly, at the start of the game she was the best defender since Machamp hasn’t that good moveset and Raikou and Tyranitar still wasn’t introduced, she doesn’t have preevolution but that doesn’t mean it should have so low cp
Ive been meaning to make an account for a while and just did it today so i would like to say hello to everyone first off! Anyway, as far as this goes, since basically the beginning I've thought the Eeveelutions were way too strong or at least too easy to obtain for how powerful and meta relevant they are/were. It's not nearly as big as an issue now compared to when it felt you had to have an awesome vaporeon or two to be relevant. Really though, I only mainly mind Espeon and Vaporeon a bit at this point, so some slight nerfs to either would be pleasing. On the other end of the spectrum, Umbreon feels rather underwhelming for an Eeveelution, and could oerhaos use a bit of an attack buff to fit a tanky defender better? I have like a 98% ish one I've wanted to power up, but other Umbreon I've tested haven't faired as well as one may be led to believe. It has been kinda just sitting in the backburner for me as I power up some other mons . In general though, i would like to see some obscure low cp pokemon and defenders given more usefulness with how attack heavy/centralized the game is. Bulk in any form feels pointless unless you have some awesome attack to support it. I would love the novelty of pokemon like Wigglytuff, Umbreon, Wobbuffet, maybe even Shuckle lol. They could be like pokemon that don't necessarily need to deal much damage to keep out attackers, but are able to soak up time and resources nonetheless or time players out. This also could add a layer to gym composition, as certain sorts of these wall like pokemon could force players to bring glass cannons that may not match up well with other defenders. This along with a reworking of gym defending and its rewards would allow both ends of the role spectrum within pokemon feel rewarding. I hastily typed this as my thoughts came to me, so this message may be a bit frazzled and thanks for reading to my first post ever ?
Every pokemon that's unused should be buffed or made useful in some way. In the originals, there are so many to choose from. Abilities are one of the reasons why they're used, but GO has none of that stuff. Yeah, Legendaries add a bit to the variety, but overall it just seems like the same old attackers needed. Defending was made pointless and it's the only reason why we get dex entries of stuff we rarely or never see, because it doesn't matter what you stick in there. Heck there's Shuckle. You can't even use it for anything, it's weak. If it could make a rare candy every 10km or something, that would actually make it useful.
I'd like there be buffs to make things like Poison and Steel actually useful in the game. It would be quite nice if every kind of Attack was balanced to be more useful, rather than how some are exceptionally useful (Fighting, Rock and Ground, Electric, Water) and most are just situational (Dark, Ice, Fairy, Grass).
Not buffs to specific Pokémon, just a better balance to the game.
I like Wigglytuff.
I mean look at it, who doesn't.
It was my favorite prestiger once.
But buff it?
Buff one, nerf the other, i don't think that would make a real difference to the gameplay.
And that's what is needed imho.
A change of the gameplay.
So i would prefer if they do as already suggested and implement -all- the basestats and make them relevant.
And maybe increase the type effectiveness or something.
Or on the long run it might very well be boring to play with just the handfull of pokemon that will be top-tier at that time.
We need more diversity.
Not really a buff, but revert Mewtwo back to its original state and make it such that only one of each legendary can be used at a given time. You can still carry as many as you'd like, but you can't run 6 of them in your attack team. This accomplishes the goal of the nerf in a better way and also makes legendaries somewhat special/unique while not punishing people who weren't able to obtain 80 of them IMHO. (edited to add additional thoughts on why limiting the use of each legendary to 1 at a time is healthy for the game)
There are other things I wish were less/more powerful, but I don't like the idea of being inconsistent with the formula used to determine CP.
Take that up with the base stats Game Freak gave to pokemon in the main series games and how Niantic converts those numbers to the Go base stats.

Vaporeon

Vaporeon's HP is significantly higher. Suicune makes up for it a little with higher defense, but having higher HP is better in Go because losing HP generates energy for charge attacks.
Vaporeon's special attack is higher than both Suicune's physical attack and special attack. Go's conversion formulas favor pokemon that excel in one stat with a large difference between physical and special stats, and they punish pokemon that have more average balanced stats.
It's not fair to leave Lapras untouched and have people walk hundreds(!!) km with it, only to nerf it in the end again, because they are to fr*king stupid to do things right straight away.
Up till today it's one of those things in Pokemon Go I still feel miserable about. Bumping my ass out during vacation for those candies for absolutely nothing.
The "nerf" was not necessarily directed at Lapras. Last year in November was when the cp rebalance happened and every Pokemon had their stats changed except for Lapras because, at the time, there was the Lapras event going on in Japan. If Lapras had been affected by the rebalance at the time, it would have ruined the event so Niantic decided to postpone Lapras's "nerf" until gen 2s release.
