What Pokemon would you like to see buffed/nerfed?

No, this isn't one of those "should I power up my 100% IV Mewtwo" questions. Rather, I'm interested in hearing what Pokemon do you think should be buffed/nerfed in the near future. Also, do you think we would ever see changes in these Pokemon? Let me know what you think!

What about Umbreon? He needs some buff loving. So much potential wasted on that one mon if his CP stays that low.

I'm still shocked at the power difference between Umbreon and Espeon. Umb is so weak... A good buff would be nice~

Blissey, just the damn f**ing blissey. It's stats and TDO shows how far it is from any other mon. If pvp was released right now, everyone would have to use this monster if want to have any chance.

Give Kingler a better Water Charge move and Gyarados a Water type or at least higher EPS Quick Move so the super-common Vaporeon isn't the best Water attacker.

Buff Ground moves in general. As it stands, high, but neutral DPS like Dragonite and Gengar are on par with the strongest Ground type against Electric.
