What’s old is new again. With a buffed Sky Attack and the possibility of being shiny, Lugia is back! Since Lugia lacks double weaknesses and has a high Defense, it’s the beefiest Tier 5 boss to date. This time around, trainers are likely to have better counters than when Lugia first appeared. These are some of the Pokemon that will help carry you to victory for the next few weeks of Lugia.
