I'm still considered a spoofer, was not allowed in the group.

I did not know any of the people there, but one of them said "People know you as a spoofer. I don't play with spoofers." And then everyone turned away and ignored me, did not care about proof. Needless to say I did not even enter the EX Raid.

My Blissey hasn't even been leveled up from 20. I tend to put weaker stuff in gyms. Right now there's a Granbull, a Breloom, my shiny Aggron, and my newly-hatched Lileep, I've made half the park (4 gyms) blue, while the other half is from the red side who don't yet have 8 hours anyway.

While I do consider it, I do not know if Niantic really cares if a freeloader reports this. I'd much rather wait until tomorrow and write a rant on the group, asking for video evidence that I am not there when I take a gym.

I was trying to get some TMs and gold raz + a good starter's 2nd evolution, and also to allow the others to get their rewards too, which I thought was a win/win, since we both were in the lower 30 levels.

Do write a rant on the Facebook group, but I suggest not making it about proving you are not a spoofer, or challenging people to prove you are one. Make it about the fact that you play the game because you enjoy it, and a few mean people decided you weren't allowed to play with them, so you didn't get to do the EX raid. Being argumentative probably won't be effective against this kind of bullying, but evoking people's sympathy might.

There have been certain things I didn't complain to Niantic about because I am a free player, and I didn't think it would be a priority for them. However, I think your situation is different. People who unfairly exclude or blackball others ruin the game. If Niantic doesn't care, then so be it, but maybe they will.

I'm 100% certain there are at least a few nice players in your area. Make it your goal to seek them out and establish some kind of rapport with them. You don't have to have long conversations or be their best friend, but if you acknowledge them in a friendly way, they will be likely to help you if another situation like this arises.

It's kind of late about the rant, and I don't want to be like that kid with "some meanies did not want to play with me", instead, I've explained everything I feel there was to explain regarding any possible strange behavior they might have noticed at my account and from there they either reply to my question of "What caused the accusations" or just... put it under a rug by deleting it.

I think it's a pretty safe bet that the guy who excluded you isn't going to admit he was wrong. Hopefully, you can convince enough other people to give you the benefit of the doubt in the future.

I don't care if he admits he's wrong or not. I only care to find out what of my behavior made people angry at me. I do not stalk gyms, I do not normally kick people out of gyms before they get 8h unless they kicked me out too early and I happen to still be at that park, I've been a lvl 33 for quite some time now (probably has been a month), I do not get more than 3-4 gyms at a time if I do not go to another park, in which case I might only have 1 gym in the nearby park. And yet somehow someone took offense. The only trollish thing I've ever done was remote-feed a Lickitung in a gym I had all to myself, just to troll the guy who kicked me out a mere 10 minutes after I just got that gym. I'm sure he was still around as I saw him take a gym close to me. And the trolled guy was definitely not the guy who excluded me from the EX.
