How do these Theoritical Teams work out in Masters League PVP?
Team 1.
Zapdos - Thunder Shock/Thunderbolt
Giratina - Shadow Claw/Dragon Claw/Shadow Sneak OR Metagross Bullet Punch/Meteor Mash/Earthquake
Darkrai - Snarl/Dark Pulse/Focus Blast
Team 2.
Dialga - Dragon Breath/Draco Meteor/Iron Head
Lugia - Extrasensory/Sky Attack/Hydro Pump
Swampert - Any/Surf/Earthquake
Team 3.
Melmetal - Thundershock/Thunderbolt/Flash Cannon
Garchomp - Mud Shot/Earthquake/Outrage
Kyogre - Waterfall/Hydro Pump/Blizzard
So how well will these builds perform in Masters? I'm actually trying to run these as soon as they are available or i have the ability to.

Curious on some of the moves. I thought Dragon Breath was the preferred fast move for Giratina? Same goes for Melmetal and Rock Slide over Flash Cannon. I'd also keep in mind Swampert will likely get Hydro Cannon in six months, though Surf is definitely usable in the meantime.
I like that you have a couple unconventional Pokemon on your teams. Zapdos and Swampert in particular stick out as things I don't normally see used, then again I don't PvP as much as I thought I would.
Team 1 gets flattened by Groudon
Team 2 is potentially really good. Run Mud Shot on the Swampert and Dragon Tail on the Lugia. Also when Hydro Cannon Swampert gets released, it will be a beast.
Team 3 is decent but may run into Groudon issues as Kyogre is a shaky check at best. It also struggles against Machamp, but it might not too common (though its usage may increase when Dialga gets released). Speaking of which, Dialga is also problematic when it gets released.
Don't forget that Zapdos resists Ground, because of Flying typing. Groudon double resists Electric, so it's still a losing matchup, but not by as much as you'd think initially.
We don't know for sure that Swampert will get HC. It's possible that Swampert and Tortura will get Earth moves, Blaziken will get a Fighting move (Dynamic Punch, anyone?), etc. I agree it's likely, but not certain like it's nearly certain that Feraligatr will get Hydro Cannon.
My other concern is that Meltan will have a community day so that Melmetal can get that Double Nut Smash (or whatever) move alluded to in the flavor text (remember those corny videos with Professor Willow and Professor Oak) around the time Meltan came out. I'm not evolving a Melmetal until I have at least 800 candy, preferably closer to 1200 - 1600 would let me evolve one special move for each league.
Zapdos vs Groudon is still pretty solidly in Groudon's favor. Zapdos can win the matchup by shielding twice and if Groudon doesn't shield any, but anything short of that results in Groudon with a victory and a shield advantage, and if neither sides shield, Groudon wins with over half of its HP remaining.
There's always a possibility that Swampert will receive something else (somewhat unlikely as it's historically only had two signature moves and one of them is now widespread, and both are Water moves). As long as it gets something better than its current moves (which are already good), Swampert will remain a relevant force in Master League. Even without a community day move it might still be the best Pokemon to fit into that particular team due to how well its typing synergizes with the rest of the team.
Frankly I wouldn't worry too much about a Meltan community day. Its whole existence is basically to drive LGPE and Switch sales, if they let people amass an army of them for free that fails its purpose. I wouldn't be surprised if that's partially why it and Melmetal are allowed in gyms despite mythical status; So people look at it, think to themselves "I want that," then go out and buy the games and potentially a Switch to get one themselves.
Yeah you can just borrow a friend's game to get the box but someone still has to buy it in the first place. There's also the research but that only gives you one, which you'd need to supplement with rare candy or walk nearly the length of the continental U.S. twice.
