Will triple Mewtwo teams dominate in Master League PVP?
Mewtwo has access to various solid 2-bar charged moves. In theory, a triple Mewtwo team in PVP would have massive coverage. So basically, we would end up with teams of Mewtwos battling one another. Do you all think Niantic would limit the use of multiple pokemons of the same species?

Even if you were allowed to use more than one of the same species, no, triple Mewtwo would not dominate. Ttar will likely eat Mewtwos for breakfast thanks to shields and Focus Blast being slow to charge. The next best option would be to hit for neutral damage with Thunderbolt and Ttar will absolutely dominate that fight as well.
Not really wrong. Rayquaza has huge DPS, but its bulk is on par with that of salamence. this doesnt come up normally as rayquaza's massive dps allows it to out/nearly out TDP a lot of pokemon that have better bulk than it, but that type of stat combination likely is not going to do well for PvP when theres a lot of things that while not possessing its shear DPS, have good DPS and sizably better bulk to outlast rayquaza.
Unlikely.
Metagross wrecks Blissey sideways. Will have trouble with Lick/Earthquake Snorlax (Lickilikcy is likely not powerful enough, though that depends on the actual PvP mechanics). Admitelly, Snorlax seems to have very good coverage, much better than Blissey.
And both Machamp and Focus Blast Mewtwo will eat Snorlax for breakfast. With a plot twist, Ursaring should do as well.
Also, generic heavyweights like maxed out Kyogre, Groudon, dragons, Lugia should best them all (except dragons against Blissey). Even Ho-Oh has higher neutral TDO than Snorlax, with the benefit of resisting both Heavy Slam and Earthquake, so only Hyper Beam stands a chance.
We shall see. Two best Dark attackers (Tyranitar and Weavile) have double weakness to Focus Blast, which sounds like 1 hit KO. Houndoom and Absol are a bit too weak.
Psycho Cut / Shadow Ball + Focus Blast Mewtwo might be a very good generalist with a very few cases where it can't really fight back - e.g. against Bite/Crunch Gyarados.
>Mewtwo has bad moves
lol whut? Confusion lays the hurt more than most fast moves and Psycho Cut is among the top 5 for energy gain. Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, and Ice Beam are all among the top 2 or 3 charge moves of their type with Shadow Ball dominating all other ghost charge moves. I'll give you that the other three pale in comparison, but Mewtwo has the attack to make Psychic work in SE cases and Flamethrower could be something of a surprise element. In the raid/gym scene Hyper Beam sucks eggs but PvP could give it a weird niche as a heavy hitting neutral attack.
