Battle Party Bug
My battle party system is bugged. It basicly froze.
I have 2 empty pages.
I cant delete those.
I cant add new pokemons to them.
I cant add more pages.
Anyone has the same problem?

Had exactly the same issue today.
Made 2 parties with trash pokemons to kick out weak enemies from the gyms. After defeating of gym deleted 4 poks from different parties (so I got 2 parties with empty cells, pokemons were deleted).
Having such a parties I can't join raid battle, add pokemons to empty cells and delete parties.
Deleted pokemon go from phone, reinstalled - all the 5 parties were gone (seems like they are stored locally on phone).
After reinstalling I managed 2* solo, with no group usage. I hope this solved the issue (still need to check with raids with more then one trainer)
There are definitely some bugs in the battle parties. I know this issue you're describing. It's when a battle party has missing members (when the cell has a + sign in it) it will hang he game if you try and use that party. It's confusing because the cells look the same as when the battle party is new - before you select the Pokemon. All you can do it delete those battle parties.
There's a whole another set of bugs with battle parties that have fainted members in them. I don't like how it tries to put fainted pokemon into battle. It's a bit of a time waster.
