Worth evolving?

Is a dratini, cp 400+ 91% with 15atk/15def/11sta worth evolving? Stamina, however, appears to be Dragonite's lowest stat. (I know some might say ivs aren't important on an attacker, but I'm quite picky about my mons. Waiting game always a possibility).127 candies at the moment. My last two evolves were sw/hb nites......

Since you don't have enough candies to evolve+ power up if it rolls good moves, I say wait on more candies, and a potential higher level one.

I have about 65 bad dratinis in my inventory (never transfered them; looking out for the nxt double candy event).

That is plenty for an attacker. You'll notice no real functional difference between that and 100%. Good luck.

Yeah, it will only be a difference of about 3HP. Stamina is Dragonite's weakest base stat, but it is still higher than a lot of other pokemon.

Evolve it and be blessed by the RNG gods with SW/HB.

If Dratini candy is hard to come by, it's absolutely worth evolving.

If it's not hard to come by, perhaps consider holding out for one with similar IVs and high CP. It can save you a tremendous amount of candy, and more importantly, stardust.

Either way, it's absolutely worth holding for an evolution at some point in time.

The IV is more than fine, but that CP is too low for me. I would hang on and hope I get a Dratini at a higher level. But obviously It depends on how rare Dratinis are for you.
