Why can't I get a stamp?

For whatever reason, I can't claim a stamp for today. I actually had this same problem yesterday but it was fixed when I restarted my phone but when I restarted it today it did not work. Anyone know a solution for this?

It might be worth checking your time/date on your phone.

What exactly should I be looking for in the time settings? I have never adjusted anything related to the time.

Make sure your time settings are set to automatic.
