Which Eevee evolution: automatic Jolt or random?
I have enough Eevee candy for an evolution. I already have a Vaporeon, Flareon and Espeon. I don't get a lot of Eevees around where I live, but enough have come in the last day, plus Pinap, that I amassed 28 c. So these are my three best options:
Use the candy to 100% evolve into a Jolteon with first "Sparky" nickname trick
Use the candy to power up some already good "Eevee-lutions" - Vap at lvl 17.5, 78% IV; Esp at lvl 17.5, 98% IV; Fla at lvl 13, 67% IV
Wait for a better IV Eevee or for a special Eevee event
Additional info: The 3 Eevees I have right now are 80%, 78-80% and 69-71% IVs. Eevees are around a 1 in 75-100 spawn chance where I live.
What should I do?

Jolteon is the most useful if you haven't gotten a Zapdos from research yet, especially against the current Raid Boss. Espeon is a close second if Abra don't spawn around where you are. Flareon is the most likely to be useful if the Regis become Raid Bosses, provided you haven't stocked up on Machamps/Hariyama from the Showdown event or BB Charizards from the Community Day Event, OR Moltres/Ho-Oh from tasks and Raid Bosses.
Alternatively, you could look into powering that Espeon of yours - it's really good! I wouldn't power up your Flareon currently. Eeveelutions are all really good especially if you're just starting out. Vaporeon makes a great generalist too and Espeon aint that bad either.
