TM gardevoir??
Evolved the gardevoir I was asking about a few days ago.
It got Shadow ball (I already fast tm'd to confusion).
I currently don't see an amazing use for gardevoir, since fairy offense isn't really needed? She was mostly a defender, but with the big incoming nerfs to Blissey (and less so to Snorlax) I'm not sure if having machamp counters on defense is necessary anymore? (And Togekiss would do it better?).
So should I bother TM'ing her, or just leave Shadow ball?
I only have 8 charge TMs, although I don't really have anything in like to use them on unless I get a really good Mewtwo with flamethrower. Expected use of these would be on returns of groudon/RayQ that I missed the first time, or Gen 4 Pokemon.

Don't bother spending CTMs, you might need a lot of them when more gen 4 mons come out. Shadow Ball is fine for Gardevoir on defense, it hits Mewtwo and Metagross for SE and has 2 bars. And like you said, Gardevoir is about to become less relevant. Togekiss outclasses it completely as an anti-Machamp anti-dragon defender.
After the rework, Blissey is still the tankiest mon and the best to start the gym with, and you'll still want something that resists fighting after Blissey. But Togekiss will be the best choice for it by far.
