I can't know without knowing the moves.

Yes, just change the groudon with another psychic. SoB is resisted by gengar.

I think so. I soloed my first Gengar today with:

2463 lv30 Alakazam 15/13/15 PC/FS
2995 lv29 Tyranitar 11/15/15 B/C
3110 lv30 Tyranitar 12/15/15 B/SE
3181 lv33 Dragonite 12/14/15 DT/O
2692 lv29 Rhydon 15/11/12 MS/EQ
3033 lv30 Dragonite 15/11/14 DT/O

Gengar had Shadow Ball and probably Sucker Punch (the fast attack seemed pretty weak, which suggests SP). Pokebattler rates that moveset the third hardest for my Pokebox. I won first time with 14 seconds left on the clock.

Your team is certainly much stronger than mine. You should be able to pull off the solo quite comfortably.

Some notes from my fight:
- Alakazam got 2 Future Sights off. I dodged a Shadow Ball but it still took a third of the Zam's max health -> conclusion: ShB is nasty to Psychic types.
- Tyranitars were excellent. Dodging with Bite is easy. They're not that good if the boss has FB, but you have a Gengar of your own to counter that (+Psychic types would last longer as well).
- My Rhydon did actually pretty well (auto select suggested him so I thought the boss had Sludge Bomb). I tanked a ShB, fired off my EQ, took another ShB and fainted. My Rhydon's DPS isn't really good enough for this fight so I had to get an EQ off quickly and move on to my last Dnite.
- Dnites were solid. Their DPS is sufficient to keep me in the winning pace (time-to-win around 170 seconds).

If you have a good Dnite I would replace the Groudon with that. I'd also move the Tyranitars up a bit, maybe to spots 4&5 and let the Dnite take the last place. I think you could do any of Gengar's movesets with ease.
