Switch teams?

With the gyms being disabled this is one of the only times this could actually be possible. Will we get the option to switch teams once like changing your trainer name?

There's also the possibility they could move away from the team format. Or add more teams. Or somehow add team rocket into the mix. What kind of changes does everybody expect? It has to be pretty major for them to completely disable the gyms
