"This summer will be Legendary"

Niantic picked up five Webby awards this year, winning not only Best Mobile Sites & Apps – Games, but also Experimental & Innovation and Best Use of GPS or Location Technology, the latter two being both the Webby picks and the People’s choice.

Archit Bhargava, Global Marketing Lead for Niantic, accepted the awards and spoke on behalf of the company and said five words that have us excited – “This summer will be legendary!”

As long as they give us Heracross here in Europe, I'm definitely here for this event :D

I am just glad they recently they have been making it so cheating accounts cant see rare pokemon that way someone doesnt just have like 10 mewtwos also wich legendary are you looking forward to the most.

Interesting take. I think that is an amazing move. If you are cheating you don't know anything is wrong you just dont get good pokes.

If I remember niantic posted about on social media a while back but I dont remember which one.

I don't think that legendaries are going to follow same rules as normal pokemon. IMO they will be pushed directly by Niantic into players' accounts (once they do whatever is required to obtain them).
The anti-cheating measure is good news, but I don't think it has anything to do with legendaries.

The most interesting thing about this is that someone is moronic enough to award Niantic anything for their cheat invested, bug riddled pos that they call a game.
