Streak bonus April fools joke or glitch?

Every day I've been logging into the game to catch at least 1 Pokémon and spin 1 stop. Last night I was spinning and catching and it was my 5th day catch and spin streak.

Today I woke up and spun a stop. It was my 6th day spin streak. I caught a Pokémon and the game said it was my 2nd day catch streak ......WTF!!?

Probably glitch. Today is my 7th day and I got my 7th day streak bonus with Sun Stone.

Didn't catch the day count, but got normal points for 1st catch streak.

I don't usually keep track of spin streaks. Today, I got a 7 day streak and I am pretty sure my 7 day spin is tomorrow.
