But yes, they're the new hat Pikachu/Eevee respectively.

Am I alone in thinking its odd how event stuff is added more or less the hour an event happens, but older stuff like pokemon pages really doesnt get updated.

Not at all. I've mentioned before that there's a jarring disconnect in what gets priority and what doesn't for updating. Mamoswine had a move ranking evaluation written up well before it became available while Yanmega for example still doesn't have any information on its page. The Pokemon page for Giratina claims it's useless while there are entire articles highlighting why it's a PvP menace. I've noticed various typos in recent articles, indicating a lack of proofreading before being published.

I assume a lot of it is they have a priority list, and when new events start that information takes priority (as it should) over updating filler Pokemon pages that are low-traffic in comparison. How often have you looked at Dewgong or Castform's Pokemon pages?

My first post was a light joke, but there's truth to it - it can be easy to ask "why bother" to maintain old pages with a fine-toothed comb when users can't even be assed to read the relevant pieces they actually have questions about? I deal with similar people at my job sometimes, it's demoralizing when it's obvious people don't care enough to read the information you've already made available.

The stuff like dewgong and such I agree on, but like you said, Giratina and a lot of others, Azumaril, altaria, flygon, and a lot of other pokemon have nothing mentioned about their PVP usage, and even for thigns like raids and gyms, machamp and roserade haven't had their new moves rated yet.

Additionally, it's a huge project to update every pokemon with PvP information, some of which will turn out to be dead wrong. I'd rather they do it right than that they do it now, but hitting the highlights soon might be good (Giratina, Latios, DB/DC Dragonite, etc).

The big ones make sense, but its been something like 3 months sine PvP came out, and they dont have any mention.

Every pokemon is unreasonable to be updated I agree, but the big ones, they have had a while to work on them
