Regional hatches tied to the location of the egg?

I am currently walking an egg from Norway and one from Australia. I will post here what I hatch.

It's not tied. I've seen kanga and farfetched from American eggs.

A raid partner (North America) got this from 1st set:
- 2 Mime
- 2 Kanga
- Tangela, Grimer, Meowth, Vulpix, Sandshrew
Hopefully those Mime/Kanga numbers are not just crazy RNG!

I've got a Tauros hatch from a Dutch egg (Netherlands).

I'm in Australia & got the following -
USA - A sandshrew
Germany - A grimer
Germany - Tangela
Sweden - Tauros *
USA - Porygon
France - A geodude
Sth Korea - A sandshrew

I've traded for a Farfetch'd last week, so I only need to hatch a Mr.Mime to complete my Kanto region... would be nice if it was tied to location so I could narrow down the 7km hatching
