Note that these moves don't necessarily apply to Raids/Gyms. In balanced scenarios I'll favor Energy slightly because of shields. These could be moved around obviously, as they come so close and don't factor in typing and learnset, this just helps you to make decisions on what mons have good moves.

4) Bullet Punch, Shadow Claw, Poison Jab: DPS 3, EPS 3.5
5) Fire Spin/Dragon Tail: DPS 3, EPS 3.33
6) Dragonbreath: DPS 4, EPS 3
7) Mud Shot/Psycho Cut/Thundershock: DPS 1.5, EPS 4.5
8) Spark/Powder Snow/Fury Cutter: DPS 2, EPS 4
9) Karate Chop/Sucker Punch/Wing Attack/Quick Attack: DPS 2.5, EPS 3.5
10) Ice Shard/Snarl/Extrasensory: DPS 2.67, EPS 3.33
11) Infestation/Hex: DPS 2, EPS 3.67
12) Confusion/Lick/Water Gun/Feint Attack/Bug Bite/Water Gun/Ember/Air Slash: DPS 3, EPS 3
13) Rock Throw: DPS 4, EPS 2.5
14) Waterfall/Smack Down: DPS 3.33, EPS 2.67

If the move doesn't show up here, such as common examples Pound, Volt Switch, Zen Headbutt, and Low kick, you're better off using something else.
