Max out question

I would. That's probably the best IV spread you can get on a 91% for Lugia and if you haven't already got a maxed out shiny then that's definitely another reason to power up :)

Definitely, of course I dont have one to begin with. I am jealous with you, caught 5 shinies and they all have garbage IV, this game hate me :(

If there was need for a Lugia. Maxing out legendaries costs a lot and should be reserved for meta relevant choices, shiny or no. That IV spread is very good though so if you have the slightest feeling that a maxed Lugia will be useful to you, go for it.

Which one to power up? I already have a 15A/13D/14H 93% E/FS powered to level 30 from the first go-around with Lugia. I have 92 candies. 700K dust.

It would only to show off to others in raid or for your own enjoyment. I would not as it is great bulk but your just feeding other teams balls as its not optimal dps atm. If you have trouble soloing machamp then go ahead but there is better options again.

If you don't already have a Lugia powered up, then definitely take it to at least level 30.

Just cosmetic if you already have a good Lugia powered up though, so up to you if you want two of them.

I would power up to level 30-35, not max out.

I wouldn't simply because maxing out eats SO much candy and I want to save my rare candies for other legendaries, too. However, I'd take that Lugia to at least level 30 in a heartbeat.

If I had the candy: totally 100% definitely.
