Jolteon worthy of a charge TM?

So I have a powered up Jolteon with thunder but now from what I've heard thunderbolt is better. Also it seems Jolteon could be useful against Lugia, Articuno and Moltres. So worth a charge TM or no?

I would since it is already powered up. Thunder bolt or discharge are great and a step up from thunder.

Jolteon is easy to get so if your short on tms I would just make another one.

Or keep an eye out for T3 Jolteon raids.

However, this one is already maxed out with excellent IVs, so the question is really:
Is stardust or TMs more valuable? Either Discharge or Thunderbolt will be better, and it will be difficult/unlikely to catch or evolve another Jolteon with as close IVs and then power it up.

Generally I would agree with this but seeing as I've already powered it up to level 37 and it's got 98% iv I feel that that changes things.

Yeah, I'd TM it.

I'd cry for the wasted stardust powering it up while doing so though. In two weeks we get Zapdos which will absolutely bury it as an electric attacker, as will Raiku. Let's be honest, Jolteon isn't good, it just sucks less than the other available electrics.
