Lapras on Def tier list shows FB/HP but FB/IB is higher rated on its page

In my opinion Lapras on defense is Ice Shard or bust. :[ I wish they didn't make Ice Shard a legacy moveset.

This is fixed, should just be IS/IB on the tier list.

I am more confused by the grading of Gyarados movesets. DT/Pump is clearly the highest DPS set on offense, but DT/Outrage is listed above; furthermore, DT/OR is the highest damage output on defense, yet, Pump is rated higher -- not to mention that Crunch has higher damage output on defense than Pump, but it's rated B while Pump is #1.

Just super weird imo.

Pump is great but if you look at the numbers its damage output on defense is below Outrage and Crunch. I'd imagine the ratings reflect that it's tougher to dodge, I was just curious.

On paper yes, but Hydro Pump is a bi*** to dodge, especially with all the lags going on.
And don't forget the infamous "hit refund" glitch...
