How to get a person unbanned from Niantic?
My friend got banned a week ago, after he forgot to log out of his brother's account who was travelling. Unfortunately, both of them didn't notice and they played from the same account for like an hour. Later, he got a warning message from the game and all he started seeing were pidgeys, ratattas and snubulls. Does anyone have any info on what can be done to get him unbanned? Did anyone here go through a similar experience as well?

I've gotten shadowbanned due to the IV checker I was using. Assuming you don't make it worse on yourself it goes away after about a week. Mine lasted a week and a day I think. Get used to shitmons as that's all he'll see.
And as a protip to anyone, as obvious as it sounds never ever use an IV checker that requires your account login info. Stick to the screen capture checkers, they work well enough.
