In high-density areas like Singapore, even if a gym is not under attack, players are likely to toss spare Nanabs at a Milotic, hoping for a candy, but are far less likely to waste berries on an Exeggutor. If a gym is under attack before a raid, Milotic may get golden berries and remain in the gym for another hour, while Exeggutor is kicked out, opening a slot for feeders to grab.
