The breakpoint calculator says the Last breakpoint for waterfall is 32.5 against groudon. Is this post or per nerf?

Does anyone have an excel file that factors in Weather boosts or is that irrelevant?

The last breakpoint for a weather boosted waterfall with 15 atk is at lvl 37.5.

The spreadsheet on the tier 3 raid solos page has been updated to have a weather toggle.
