Four different scrollbars!?
I am not understanding this one bit. Why are there 4 different scrollbars in the game?
When looking at your Pokémon it has a dot on the right side for scrolling which is almost as useless as no scrollbar.
The pokedex have a scroll button which it excellent and the best out of all of them as it allows quick scrolling with your finger without interacting with anything else onscreen.
The shop has no scroll bar at all along with the trainer profile. This leads to accidentally bringing up items to purchase which thankfully trainers have to confirm.
The items bag have a scrollbar but it's so hard to see because it is a shade of green that sits on the green border on the right side of the screen. This is the most annoying because several times I have accidentally used a lucky egg while scrolling due to game lag.
It's like they have 1 developer working on a single section and they all want a different way of scrolling or just not communicating with each other. Why can't we have some consistency?!

The lack of consistency is perplexing, and sorry you've accidentally used lucky eggs because of it. One thing I've found is that despite their differing appearances, the Pokedex and Pokemon box scrollbars function very similarly. It took me WAY too long to realize I could just grab the Pokemon box scrollbar and zip down to my Dratinis instead of slowly scrolling through Pidgey nation.
