I have an army of Exeggutors, all caught or evolved from exeggcutes. Which of these will you power up and invest dust in or TM? Thanks

C/SoB first for sure.
BS/P is junk. Use a TM or transfer it.

Probably I'll go with #3, but it depends on you reason to power it up.

Well, I do not feel like using my raid passes on Level 2 raids as rewards are extremely underwhelming, but point taken.

Catching it from a raid is still catching it.

Raids.

3, 10,11.

I like Confusion, attacking or defending.

i'd use a cTM on the first one to see if i get SoB.
if i'd get psychic i think i would keep it that way.
if i'd get SoB i'd use a qTM to get BS.
and i'd keep numbers 3, 4, 9 and 11.
3 and 4 because they are usable, 9 and 11 because they have high IV and or a legacy moveset.
