Evolve this shiney?

I was shocked when I found this in the grocery store parking lot as it looked just like a regular magikarp when until I clicked on it. I calculated it's IVs to be pretty mediocre at 51-64% but it's not like I'm ever likely to get a better shiney than this. Is it worth more as a Gyrados?

1 I would evolve it #2 I would power it up w/ those extra 200 candies and 1+ million stardust....#3 I would stick it in the gym to show off

I can't tell you what it is "worth".
It is going to be a limited cp red Gyrados.
It will look cool.
I'm in the same boat, but I just can't pull the evolve trigger.

Just do it!! I evolved my mediocre Shiny and my red gyarados has Dragontail Outrage :)

Me too, evolved my 73% CP 40 shiny Magikarp, got DT/O, and cashed in a buttload of stardust and karp candies, and now the red beauty is at level 33, CP 2840. I don't plan on stopping there, but for now, that's all the dust I can spare.
