Energy moves that were 2 energy is now 3 on top tier pokemon?

My army of Dragonites, snorlax and Vaporeons got balanced.

The attack speed of dragon breath and watergun is now slowed down but:
Waterpusle is now a 2 charge move with 70 damage
Water gun is back to 10 damage but slowed DPS
dragon claw is now a 3 charge move with 50 damage!!
Dragon Breath is now 12 damage!
Body Slam is now 3 charge move with 50 damage
Bite is now 10 damage!
Hydro Pump is now 130 damage!

what will the dragon claw change mean ?

even better for defence ? slightly worse for attack ? or better all round as it got a dmg buff !?

i have a lvl 30 steel wing + dragon claw dragonite for defence, not sure where he sits now with these changes...worse or better ?

Dragonites quick moves Dragon Breath now has 12 dmg and new move Dragon Tail is 15 damage. So since both of those get STAB, Steel wing now appears to be a less desirable legacy moveset nerfed down to 12 damage without any STAB. But who knows, maybe it got faster at least :)

So many changes. My dragon breath Dragon claws are wrecking gyms now!!

Dazzling Gleam is now 2 bar

would dragon claw be good at this point on attack? its a three bar move wouldn't that make it slower?

it depends on the cooldown. before it was 1.6 sec, now idk. if its the same, then its even better and if the cooldown has increased, then it won't be as good. anyone have a link to these numbers? shirley someone has the apk analysed by now. . .
