Does Alakazam with DG have the highest Fairy DPS now?

With the slight nerf to STAB, it seems that Alakazam's 28% higher Attack stat is more consequential than the combination of Granbull's 20% STAB bonus and slightly better move. Play Rough is better than Dazzling Gleam (according to GP's Wigglytuff page), but not enough to warrant a grade differential.

I wonder in part because I've been sitting on a 98% C/DG Alakazam at Lvl 20 for seven months wondering if it'll ever be worth any attention. Maybe if I know that it's the best at something, even if that something is inconsequential, I'll feel better about it sitting around in storage gathering (non-star) dust.
