Best electric type pokemon

Hey guys! I want to know who's the best of electric 'mons. I have raichu, Electabuzz, electrode and jolteon. Who is worth powering up ? I mean is there a pokemon best of all even without considering their move sets or no ? all of them are 90+ IV

Electrode is defenitely worse than the 3 others.
The 3 others are almost similar. Jolteon has slightly overall better base stats despite lower attack. If i were you i would not power any of them but wait for wild high cp evee (or pikachu/electabuzz) to get high cp Jolteon.

The only electrik pokemon I've powered up is a 100% Jolteon with perfect moveset I got from lvl 6 and i'm lvl32. Just because he is 100%.

If you have a lot of dust and no high cp electrik 'mons/evee. Power up the one you like the most but dont expect him to be very usefull execpt agaisnt gyrados (sometimes a weak lapras or slowbrow)

ty for answer, I don't mean powering up from low cp, I don't even have jolteon yet, but evolve ony high IV (and CP) evees, so once I'll get a jolteon. I need an electric type to counter water types, but I'm not sure they will be very efficient, even high cp vaporeon can damage more to water type as I suppose. So I'll wait for an any circa 100% IV and then will power up it.

I have the same 100% Jolteon and fully powered up he is easily one of my favorites to use.

I haven't really used Raichu, and I haven't used Electabuzz or Electrode at all.

I like Jolteon best, the problem is all of them just have such low stamina. Even in a type advantage matchup they get beat up pretty good. I usually only use Electric against Gyarados, they do ok against water, it's just the water mons are so much stronger overall, and the grasses are better. I may power one up someday if I ever run out of things to do with star dust.

Raichu and Jolteon are the best IMO, but sadly they are not all that great in the current meta. Jolteon is the easiest to get, so I don't think there is any reason to go out of the way to get the others at high IV/cp. You'll get a good Jolteon eventually just trying to get another Vaporeon.

As other posters said, they are not worth boosting & are only useful for taking down Gyarados.

They are all pretty weak. Might as well pick the one that looks best to you. It will make little difference.

The best electric pokemon for fighting water pokemon is a grass pokemon with vine whip and solar beam.

Other than taking advantage of Gyarados' double weakness to electric, grass is generally better because it is also resistant to water. Only time grass becomes a problem is if the water pokemon has an ice charge move.
