Anyone else seeing more rare candy for raids since the fighting event?

I've built my core team around one primary goal: 3* solos. As such I am set to solo pretty much any 3* raid save a few of the truly hard ones (Jolteon, Claydol, etc). In general I end up getting 2-5 rare candy per raid from this, with personl record of 6. But since the fighting event, this has changed. I raided every day during the event, only getting the 1 pity candy once. Every other run gave at least 5 candies. Even now that the event has been over for a bit, I have only gotten 6 and 7 candies from 3* raids, so I'm wondering; is anyone else getting this? Did they up rare candy awards just in general without saying anything? Or have I just been lucky, which means I'm doomed to get 0 candy from my daily raids for the next week.
