Btw. Do i need lvl 35 to see raids or do i just need it to participate?

At this moment only level 35+ players can do raids and raids are only happening at sponsored pokestops like Starbucks and Sprint stores.

Ye, ofc. You have 3 raids per hour (DURING THE "BETA" TEST!!!!) and we in Europe will have 3 raids per month probably. The NYC/SF/Sydney is a fucking joke compared to the rest of the world.
