Worth to power 63% IV Dragonite?

I just had a great day and some how got about 90 dratini candies. 70 or more from eggs, i.e got 2 dratinis from egg, and got 1 dratini(with pineberry) and 1 dragonite(with raspberey, since i got no balls..) in a day :).
I already have 1 dragonite with 76 IV and 3200cp,
should i power 63% IV dragonite with dragon tail and hyper beam 2158cp or should i save candies and evolve 87% Iv dratini?
I have about 100 candies in total, and got about 60k dust

I would use the 63% as an attacker...the DT/HB should be pretty solid...and save candy to evolve the dratini.

And while you're saving, you might catch an even better Dratini. The hatched dratini are ok, but still pretty low level so they require 60+ candy to power up to 3000+
